Reel-to-Reel Flex Production
Reliable, Cost-Efficient, Engineered for Flexibility
Reel-to-reel (R2R) flex technology enables efficient, high-volume production of customized LED lighting solutions for Machine Vision. Fewer connections, and reduced processing effort ensure consistent quality and reliable performance. Custom development allows the illumination to be precisely adapted to the inspection task, geometry, and camera system.
Continuous lengths of up to 50 meters enable uniform illumination over extended inspection areas. Flexible, lightweight and low-profile designs can be integrated directly into Machine Vision systems, even around complex geometries or in confined installation spaces.
Our customer-specific LED module developments have resulted in a range of ready-to-use solutions that we now offer as standard products for various applications.

The FlexMatrix576 offers a flexible design and an exceptionally versatile segment concept in a compact 180 × 180 mm format. With 36 individually separable segments of 16 LEDs each, the LED matrix can be adapted to different shapes, limited installation spaces and customised lighting concepts.

Uniform light
The MiniMatrix LED modules provide homogeneous, high-performance area illumination in a compact and modular format. With 126 individual 30 × 30 mm modules they create a fine LED matrix for uniform illumination while allowing flexible planning and expansion.
The 3000 K warm-white version delivers a natural light appearance with a high CRI of 95 and a total luminous flux of up to 8,775 lm. This makes the MiniMatrix well suited for applications with high visual requirements.
