Answer
The order is currently in the parcel centre in Cologne. Unfortunately I don't see in the tracking why the delivery here takes so long. I apologize for that. We will contact DHL to see if there is a problem with the package.

We will then get back to you. DHL's response may take several days, so please be patient.
