The new LumiFlex600 Pro RGBW LED strip has been produced in a reel-to-reel process on our state-of-the-art new Flex production line. Over a length of 5 metres, there are a total of 600 high-quality LEDs from Osram, with which you can produce both coloured (red, green and blue) and neutral white light (4000 K). The LEDs have a long service life and high efficiency. The strip can be easily cut every 100 mm with scissors, increasing flexibility in terms of applicability. It consists of a single, five-metre-long, high-quality printed circuit board and offers greater mechanical and electrical reliability compared to cheaper LED strips that consist of soldered-together sections. An integrated linear control also ensures that the brightness remains constant throughout.

Thanks to the excellent adhesive double-sided tape on the back, which makes additional cooling unnecessary, the LumiFlex600 Pro RGBW LED strip is particularly convenient and easy to install. Whether as cove and base lighting, for backlighting and illumination of furniture, in trade fair and kitchen construction or in luminaire design - the LumiFlex600 Pro RGBW LED strip impresses with its easy handling, low installation height and high efficiency. And best of all: the product is 100% Made in Germany!

Advantages of the reel-to-reel process over conventional production processes

On the state-of-the-art LUMITRONIX® flex production line, which is equipped with the most innovative reel-to-reel machines on the market, flexible base materials can be fitted with electronic components in one piece. In contrast to the conventional production of flexible LED strips, the base material is not soldered together every 50 cm. These solder joints are both mechanical and electrical weak points that are avoided in the first place by roll-to-roll processing.
