The Cree XHP35 from the XLamp series combines the power of Cree Extreme High Power LEDs with the XP footprint. With the new XLamp XHP35, Cree achieves 50 per cent more luminous efficacy than its previously most powerful Single Die High Power LED. Therefore, it creates a new standard for the 3.5x3.5mm footprints. This improvement is based on the SC5 Technology Platform from Cree. The leading silicon carbide technology provides significant improvements for the chip architecture as well as an advanced system for light conversion for the best thermal and optical performance.
